MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Based on the long-term project Fish Story, Allan Sekula, this is a film essay that takes moreover sea recurring motif, a space, usually forgotten and taken into account only when a disaster happens. These displaced farmers in Holland and Belgium, Chinese workers whose low wages are the fragile key to global economic balance, truckers overexploited or barely survive in Los Angeles. It features the testimony of engineers, politicians and workers, but then also of all the people whose opinions are ignored by the system. The film, which also stops in the city of Bilbao, is a treatise on the crisis through freight, which keeps track of large cargo containers, trains and trucks in constant motion around the planet.
