MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

In the California coast picturesque resort stands Antonio Bay. While residents are preparing for the centenary celebrations of the city, the crew of an old boat appears brutally murdered. At the same time, at sea, a mysterious fog that hides a deadly secret starts to move inexorably toward the coast every night. According to a local legend, these strange events are apparently related to a terrible event happened a hundred years ago. As is the day of the centenary approaching horror approaches its climax.
