MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1948 film?

Baines marriage work, part of service personnel from an embassy, is to take care to Philip, the son of the ambassador. Baines Man and Little are inseparable companions ; very different is the child's relationship with Mrs. Baines, a woman of very authoritarian temperament. Because of an indiscretion of Philip, Mrs. Baines learns that her husband is in love with a secretary of the embassy.
