MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1942 film?

Gay Lawrence is an amateur detective, stylish and cool, known only as " The Hawk ". He learns that his brother Tom was killed aboard a ship from South America. " The Falcon " begins investigating potential murderers before discovering that his brother is still alive. His search leads him by murky waters teeming with spies, blackmailers and criminals. " The Hawk " chasing criminals and must protect a diplomat to prevent against life. All investigations will lead to a famous fashion magazine and cope with a network of Nazi spies.
