MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

The Finchhaven was a military commander who, in World War I, while drunk, was killed during his first mission. Since then he has been doomed to sail aimlessly until the seas also find the opportunity to redeem himself. During World War II, Finchhaven manages to save his ghost ship four American sailors, an action that could free him from his sentence.
