MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

China, in the nineteenth century, an evil monk awakens a nest of hideous vampires determined to devour the human race. Four heroes trained in Mao Shan School of Magic Tacista must use their unique powers to destroy the vampires before it's too late. Martial arts masters, each of them is specialized in controlling one element that bears his name: Rain, Lightning, Thunder and Wind.
