MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Year 1917. The small town of Fynnon Garw come Reginald Anson and George Garrard, two retired military cartographers profession, whom the government has commissioned to develop a new map of Wales. Neighbors, simple but very stubborn people are very proud of a nearby hill they call " the first mountain in Wales ". When later make the appropriate measurements, Anson informs them that is not a mountain but a hill, all the people will collaborate to correct this error of nature.
