MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Don, the top leader of the crime syndicate, has no life. He quickly convened a meeting involving various American Mafia families to appoint the new chief. The choice falls on DeMorra Angelo, who becomes the new ? Sponsor?, Causing the wrath of another mafia to be rejected. To seize power, this will cause the confrontation between the new boss and the son of the late Don.
