MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

Roy Tucker is in prison for killing the sadistic husband of Ellie Riggen, the woman he loves. Someone, in exchange for a favor without definalizar, offers the freedom for you to marry her in Central America. Tucker accepts the proposal, but when it comes time to fulfill his promise, he realizes that it is not easy.
