When Jack McKee, a physician cold and distant, a disease is diagnosed, a patient becomes more of their own hospital. Then you know how they feel sick, have to blindly trust a medical system that knows it is not foolproof and must patiently endure some paperwork that drag, a humiliating recognition and a crowded waiting rooms.
