MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1928 film?

All chronic passes in less than a day, and only three scenarios: a waterfront bar, a pension and docks of New York City. Bill Connolly is stoker on a ship, and has one night off the ground. While walking along the docks, a girl thrown into the water. Bill rescues, and gradually both are attracted towards each other.
