MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

" If you kill someone, you go to jail. If you kill 40,000 people, you exilias comfortably in another country with a good current account. Forty If you kill people, they put in an asylum. This is what we even want to change, " says Reed Brody. Brody makes his living as a lawyer, looking somewhat dictators to Human Rights Watch. For seven years he has pursued especially one: Hissene Habré, the former leader of Chad, accused of killing thousands of citizens during the 80s. Now Habré lives in Senegal and Brody tries it to be prosecuted or extradited. Quirijns Klaartje director has an instinct to explore international politics through the eyes of memorable characters. His previous film, The Brooklyn connection, focused on an arms Kosovo. In The Dictator Hunter we follow Brody over two years of suspense, during which you travel, Africa, Europe and the United States. Conducts diplomacy like a chess game playing with your child. But at work, the chess pieces are diplomats, journalists and judges that Brody positions against his opponent. The Dictator Hunter shows what it costs a man to break the cycle of impunity.
