MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Located in a country town in Victorian England, Edith, who witnesses the meeting at Salisbury Fair between Charles, a lawyer in London, and also Anna, his young maid. Her marriage to Arthur discovers dry and bitter, Edith is looking for a way to express their longing for love, and thus develops a strange relationship and unconscious. Being illiterate, when Charles wrote to Anna, she will ask for help from Edith. The drama also grows from this innocent deception.
