MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Desperate to what they call the curse of Hell, Chuck and his partner Harold decide to rob a bank to fix his battered plane and out of a lost Texas town that has brought more than fatalities. The day of the robbery can not leave things worse, there are two more robbers, Chuck is shot and it is forced to hide the money in the services of the bank. To top it all off falls in love with Layla, one of the police handling the case.
