MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Bernie Lootz is the most miserable of Las Vegas. All that even touches the ruins, including marriage and relationship with his son. Some years earlier, had been a player Bernie deep in debt, especially very considerable at the Shangri -la, Shelly Kaplow casino. When he could not pay, Shelly saved his life, paying off pending bills, however on the other hand also broke her knee and forced him to work at Shangri -la until he could clear his debt to him. When Shelly realized that Bernie's bad luck was contagious, it became the " official jinx " of casino: his presence at a table where someone was winning, well enough to end the streak. When only a few days left in peace Bernie Shelly left, meets Natalie, the new waitress at the Shangri-la.
