MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

"The committee ," starring Paul Jones is a unique document of the England 60. A striking black and white photography of Ian Wilson gives life to this " frightening fable " by Max Steuer, a professor at the London School of Economics. Avoiding easy answers, "The committee " uses a surreal murder to explore the tensions and conflicts between the bureaucracy, on the one hand, and individual freedom on the other.
