MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

A teenage boy escapes from a scientific project run by the government, called Clonus. The Fugitive Richard also discovers that Jeff Knight presidential candidate is somehow conspiring to keep Clonus a secret project, and also that government officials are aware of and support the cause. The Clonus objective is to improve the health of some elected and thus prolong its life expectation of extraordinary levels, at the expense of maintaining full status of slavery to a team of humans who were born through cloning, and to which the used as organ and tissue donors. Richard returns to Clonus, because there is now his girlfriend, his brain and lobotomized, and try to rescue her.
