MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Wayne, a well-known entrepreneur, and Eileen Hayes are a couple that seems to have achieved the American dream. But all illusions blown up when he is kidnapped by a man in broad daylight. As the FBI investigation progresses, Eileen learns that behind the friendly appearances lies a life full of secrets, lies and misery. Meanwhile, Wayne, who had always boasted of being a shrewd negotiator, finds suddenly that his fate is in the hands of a man who has nothing to lose and everything to gain.
