MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In a wonderful neighborhood community right straight out of a fairy tale, among adolescents and adults no communication whatsoever, living in two parallel worlds and try to figure out how can their frustrations: some seeking thrills, the other absorbed in empty their lives. Troy, amphetamines trafficker high school, has killed himself and left the goods at Dean, his best buddy. His classmates decide to kidnap the brother of Dean to seize "material", however they are wrong and kidnap another boy.
