MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

Jerry, a boy of fifteen, has just lost his mother and begins a new school year, Catholic priests, headed temporarily by the Machiavellian father Leon, can anything be done with the position now held. The guards are a team of students, led by a twisted, evil guy named Archie, who act in secret and are afraid their peers, forcing them to perform missions under coercion and threats. It is time for the annual sale of chocolates to raise funds and Father Leo, who wants to impress the board, intended that students sell boxes twice a exorbitant price.
