MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1927 film?

The relatives of a rich old Cyrus West are waiting to inherit his death. But old Cyrus stipulates that his will should be read 20 years later his death. During the day appointed, his expectant heirs arrive at his mansion. The will is read and it is the only heiress Annabelle West, as long as she shows that she's sane. If not, the fortune and some diamonds would go to another person, whose name is in a sealed envelope. Crosby Man, old attorney Cyrus, desaaparenta before you can reveal the name Annabelle containing the sealed envelope. A remake called El gato y el canario (1978) was made based on this movie.
