MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1936 film?

The lawyer Perry Mason is summoned to the mansion of Peter Laxter invalid in the dark of night to draft a document that prevents her granddaughter Wilma, who is about to marry, loses his fortune in a possible future divorce. Peter soon dies in a mysterious fire and two of his grandchildren, Sam and Frank, inherit his property on the condition of the old bear and cat caretaker Clinker Schuster. After Schuster is found dead in a basement, and diamonds Laxter family are missing. Louise aaparenta also dead, Peter Nurse, beaten to death with crutch Schuster.
