MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

Paris is a small Australian town whose residents living from selling valuables to steal, after traffic accidents that occur in the vicinity, but many accidents can not be random. Arthur and George, two brothers that go to Paris, suffered a serious accident in which George loses his life. Arthur stays in the city just at a moment when some teens begin to rebel against that way of living.
