MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1934 film?

The alcoholic journalist Steve Bramley leaves on a pleasure cruise to rest, hoping to stop drinking and writing a book. Schulte also travel aboard, a fellow Steve, private detective waiting to catch a criminal carrying a stolen bonds ofrtuna. Steve begins to drink and watch the passengers, some of whom are not what they seem.
