MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Verastegui represents Mr. Mendez, who, during the Great Depression, walking with his circus desolate United States. Will, a young man without arms and just the hint of a leg exposed at a fair as a failure of nature, escapes and joins the troupe of Mendez, where he discovers another way to show and considers its future in light of his new teammates.
