MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Story based on real events that occurred in 1985 in the RL Paschel High School and shocked the world. After a series of attacks by gangs of Santa Lucia to institute the director, Bob Grootemat, encourages students to fight to end the climate of violence and drugs in which she lives. Inspired by the speech a team of students, led by the young Derek decided to form a secret brotherhood called " The Brotherhood of Justice" dedicated to ending camels, scammers and all those who disturb the peace of the classroom. All is well between them until each one decides to use the fellowship to exact debts.
