MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

By Tom Majelewski rebellious student sent him a famous psychological research institute where before it, despite themselves, to mind control experiments run by the mysterious founder of the center: Dr. Blake. Plagued by hallucinations, Tom soon learns of the tragic secret institute a massive brain capable of causing people arbitrarily tragic acts of violence. When the brain's hunger is insatiable, Tom is only between the hypnotized citizens to fight the cruel threat. This film is a remake of El cerebro viviente (1962), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
