MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

The story of an innocent teenager, who through no fault of it, it becomes a criminal. Upon moving to New York's Chinatown, gets into an environment of corruption and the influence of the environment makes even his conscience remains dominated by the society that surrounds him. A series of bloody crimes will the two major bands of Chinatown to face a death match.
