MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

In Boston, the Irish brothers Connor and Murphy McManus, become, suddenly, in the "saints" of a neighborhood, after killing some Russian mobsters. Decide then remove all the scum of the town, because they believe that God has chosen to eradicate the evil of the Earth. Police and especially homosexual FBI agent, track them, although it recognizes that what they are doing is what he always wanted. For his fight for truth and justice, the Saints have the sympathy of the public.
