MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

England, 60. Legend tells Rock Radio a pirate station. In 1966, the BBC played just two hours of rock and roll every week. But the Radio Rock, even flooded the country and pop rock 24 hours a day, got an audience of 25 million people, more than half of the population. When Carl is expelled from school, his mother sends him to spend some time with his godfather Quentin, who is head of the pirate radio station broadcasting from a ship in the North Sea. Among the highlights extravagant DJ " The Count ", an idol of the airwaves. I seconded Dave, intelligent and sarcastic, Simon a nice and searching for true love, the enigmatic, handsome Midnight Mark and others.
