MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Residents of a small Texas town, threatened by the closure of most local industry find new hope for the future thanks to a British teacher who incidentally comes to town in an exchange program and also teaches them to discover the world football. When Anna Montgomery, primary school teacher, arrives at his destination and meets his new students quickly realize how sad, discouraged and depressed they are. To encourage young people would think the school organize a soccer league. Of course, at first there is no way to get a good pass or maintain control of the ball: actually no one would think such a bad team would be able to achieve a single goal. However, the former high school football coach, Tom Palmer, who now works as sheriff, decides to lend a hand to Anna and her students. Thus, the two get into shape enough kids so that they can face the state champions, led by rival Palmer, Jay Huffer presumptuous.
