MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Belgrade, Yugoslavia, 1979. While Yugoslav president Tito is in Cuba discovers charge of international matters, a mysterious Phantom occupies the attention and also the heart of Belgrade, each night, provides spectacular driving maneuvers using a stolen white Porsche through the streets of the locality. Through public radio defies police ghost in this way to try to achieve it. Hundreds of people gather in the square where they hope their hero every night. The police are forced to make a game in which moreover down rules. The Phantom becomes a political threat. What started as a game turned into a political scandal and remains a myth that will never be forgotten.
