MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1946 film?

In a small Italian village a rich millionaire dies after suffering a freak accident, leaving his entire fortune to his nurse. This leads logically desfeliz family and his secretary, who will soon try to contest the will aided by the deceased's own lawyer. That night, strange things begin to happen: the piano sound does not stop even though no one touches, the crypt of the deceased is illuminated at night and attorney aaparenta lifeless victim of what appears to be a bottleneck. The next moring, the inhabitants of the mansion in the crypt decide to investigate, discovering that the deceased is missing a hand.
