MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

Paul and Casey, two Americans who lead a bohemian life in Paris, seeking success without success. Paul Casey is a painter and writer. Nikki, the girlfriend of Paul, who lives in America and trust your talent, is responsible for paying the rent of the house, but Paul is sick of this dependence and decides to return to his country. Casey, terrified at the prospect of homelessness, he manages to make it big at his companion. The plan is to make people believe that Paul is dead so that increase the value of his paintings. At first all is well, but there comes a time when Casey becomes suspicious of the murder of Paul.
