MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The film is approximately Leo (Dwight Gaston), a single diligent company bookkeeper, whom 1 day chooses to simply take a leave from his humdrum routine workplace work and travel from Manila to Murcia, Negros Occidental to literally find their fantasy woman. Every now and then, Leo in their rest views a sultry girl in a flowing summer time dress walking to him in sluggish motion and planning to kiss him. In Murcia, he doesn't see their imagined lady love but he fulfills somebody else, Melanie (Marilou Kho), a single mother whom works into the town's municipal office.
