MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

After an artificial satellite crashes in a remote village in New Mexico, the group in charge of recovering discover that almost all local residents have died victims of an ugly death, with the puzzling exception of a boy and an old man. The superviventes are taken to a laboratory for cutting-edge technology located at a depth of five stories underground, where scientists try definalizar perplexed nature of the deadly microbe before it causes havoc around the world.
