Period romantic drama based on the true story of Jeanne De La Motte Valois. A story of seduction, power and revenge set in the eighteenth century. The father of Jeanne de Valois was murdered by order of Louis XVI in 1767, his mother died the next year and his family stripped of all his titles. Now, twenty years later, reaaparenta in Paris, married to the philandering Count de la Motte. His revenge against the royal family is around he will devise his two best weapons: his extraordinary intelligence and beauty unmatched in the whole court.
