MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Sequel to the film by Tobe Hooper. Newt's people avenged the Sawyer family for concealing murders committed by Jeb Sawyer, the chainsaw maniac, also known as " Leather Face ". When the townspeople, led by Burt Hartman, burned his farm, it was assumed that the entire family had no life, despite Sawyer's baby survived. Gavin and Arlene, two of the vigilante townies, secretly took her and raised as his daughter by the name of Heather. In his early twenties, when he discovered that she was adopted, a lawyer's located informing him that his grandmother had appointed heir of his property.
