MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Mr. Taniguchi Tomoo is a simple and family also. When his son is kidnapped by a couple of skinheads, tension and anger grows Tomoo and causes its transformation into a fearsome cyborg, a hybrid between a human and a high-powered weaponry. His new body attracts the attention of the head of skinheads, who happens to be the leader of a band of mutants - cybord. This mutant leader Tomoo performed many experiments, which speeds metamorphosis.
