MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Raj Dixit lives with his more youthful brother, Rahul, who's disabled, both mentally and physically, from birth. Raj can be employed full-time, and after work, has got the responsibility of looking after Rahul, which renders him virtually no time for himself. His breathtaking neighbor, Suman Gupta, is interested in him, but he regards the lady as a friend just. Whenever Mr. Khanna introduces him to his niece, Madhuri, both instantly falls in love. The only issue is that Madhuri is only going to marry Raj, if Rahul is institutionalized. Raj agrees to get him admitted in a facility, much to Madhuri's pleasure, and together they begin to prepare their marriage, not realizing that things will take a turn for the worse.
