MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Ryou Nishimura's first feature film. Based on the novel by Arimasa Oosawa. The name roughly means 'Angel's fung: B.T.A.' - Asuka is a young authorities detective. This woman is in love with the woman partner, Furuyoshi. 1 day, Hatsumi, a mistress of the cruel medication lord Kimikuni, calls authorities requesting help. Asuka is assigned to escort the lady. But they are both shot by some one. Hatsumi becomes brain dead. Asuka's human anatomy is hopelessly damaged, but the lady mind continues to be inrtact. Asuka endures along with her mind transplanted to Hatsumi's body. Asuka begins undercover process as Hatsumi, getting nearer to Kimikuni...
