MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Based on a series of real cases. Confident in his innocence, thinks that his lawyer also achieved soon release him, until he realizes that this is something which can only be achieved through large bribes. A Japanese businessman Mr. Philippines is arrested and sent to jail Paradise, charged with possession of drugs. Resigned, must get used to life in prison and join a group of inmates preculiar Japanese.
