MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Brazil close ties with the U.S. and also receives strong democratic influence at the end of World War 2. For years, hundreds of people were arrested and tortured by the Vargas regime. But several political prisoners are freed, by external pressure. Sigismund, former police officer Vargas government policy, is a former torturer cold. By irony of fate, the end of the war takes away peace, now fears the vengeance of his ex - prisoners. Today, he is head of immigration at the office of Rio de Janeiro and its mission is to escape the Nazis input. Interrogate foreigners and, at the slightest suspicion, sends them back to his house. Exactly what even happened to former Polish actor, Clausewitz, confused with Nazi now have to use all his talent as an actor to convince thus is not a follower of Hitler.
