MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Ove Rolandsen cares about getting ahead in life. His legend is set in 1903, working as a telegraph operator in a city on the northern coast of Norway and also wants to marry Elise, the daughter of a local factory owner. But there are two huge obstacles that must be overcome to boot. In first place, Elise is engaged to an owner whose connections are useful for business and his dad and second place, he is not very well financially to achieve their purpose. Ove fervently devoted to his second career inventors, hoping to find something to rectify their poverty, and meanwhile, does not mind going to bed with the beautiful wife of the pastor of the town.
