MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

In Treasure Town, where the moon smiles and boys can fly, life can be so wonderful and tragic. Kuro and Shiro, two orphans who also seek life as they can, otean locally as hawks and they keep getting into trouble. His reign on high shall end when a group of murderers. The town is in danger, and Kuro and Shiro are predisposed to come to the rescue but have to face the yakuza and their " alien murderers ". Based on the manga by Taiyo Matsumoto, " Tekkonkinkreet " combines traditional animation with the latest 3D technology.
