MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

A new filmmaker named Dato doesn't have cash to help make a movie, therefore he hangs out consuming and brooding all the time in capital for the former Soviet republic, Georgia. He is also writing a screenplay. Excerpts from their script, shot in black-and-white, are cut into their story. Most of the tales, like the framing story about Dato and his friends, are interwoven so that they become one long narrative about modern life in Georgia.
