MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Cat, a petty thief lives with his father paralyzed in a house crumbling, survivors both within a city that marginalizes and ignores them. Cat assaults a taxi driver and stealing the vehicle becoming casual worker until, suddenly, a girl injured in a shooting gets into the car. The thief takes her to his house, take their wounds and begin to know love.
