MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Japan, mid-nineteenth century. Seibei Iguchi is a low-ranking samurai who works as a bureaucrat. Widowed, lives with her two daughters, loving, and a senile mother, so he is forced to do other jobs to move them forward. A new opportunity arises in your life when you learn that Tomoe, her love for always, has divorced her cruel husband. However, the rigid code of honor of the samurai bind him hand and foot.
