MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

A chance encounter leads to improbable encounter between a Jewish psychiatrist and also a young neo-Nazi. Following a fight with some fellow skinheads, Sören boards a train, and is approached by Jacob, who is discovered fascinated by the young. The psychiatrist also asks the young man to his office, and make a series of meetings. Sören, whose life is to work in his room, listening to heavy metal, and engaging in violent attacks with his skinhead gang, believed to be getting ready to race war somehow. Jacob's perspective could not be more different, as his father and sister were murdered in Auschwitz after he and his mother escaped from the Nazis. Much of the film is part of their tense conversations.
