MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A teenage girl is abducted in broad daylight when it is discovered in the parking lot of a mall. Many people are witness to this incident but no one does anything to avoid that certainly carried the girl by force. The FBI works well for clues to solve the case while the poor girl's family prays maintaining hope.
